Terms of Service

These Terms govern the use of Match Tape by Racquet University ("Match Tape", "we"), a remote tennis match analysis service offered under the Racquet University brand and operated by Vitor Villaescusa, São Paulo, Brazil. By purchasing or submitting a video, you agree to these Terms.

1. The service

You send a video of tennis match play or practice. We return a written analysis report and, when available, the coach's recorded commentary. Vitor Villaescusa personally watches every video and reviews every report. We use software tools, including AI writing and transcription tools, to help turn the coach's spoken commentary into a structured written report.

2. Who can buy

You must be 18 or older to purchase. Analyses of players under 18 must be purchased and submitted by a parent or legal guardian, who authorizes the analysis of the video.

3. Payments

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We never see or store your full card details. Prices are listed in US dollars. Your bank or card issuer may charge foreign transaction fees, which are outside our control. The charge appears on your statement as MATCHTAPE RACQUETUNI or similar.

4. Plans and renewals

Progress Plans are billed upfront for each period (3, 6 or 12 months) and renew automatically at the end of each period until cancelled. You can cancel anytime before the renewal date by emailing vitor@racquetuni.com or through the customer portal link in your receipt. Cancellation stops future charges, and you keep your remaining analyses until the end of the paid period. Each plan includes one analysis per calendar month; unused monthly analyses do not roll over. Founding prices remain locked while the subscription stays active. If a plan is cancelled and restarted, current prices apply.

5. Video requirements and delivery

Delivery time is 72 hours from receipt of a video that meets our requirements: the player is clearly visible, the full court is in frame, and the video includes at least one set or about 30 minutes of points. If a video does not meet these requirements, we will ask for a new one, and the delivery window starts when we receive it.

6. Revisions and refunds

If you feel the report was not useful, tell us within 14 days of delivery and we will redo the analysis once, free of charge, on the same or a new video. If we fail to deliver within 7 days of receiving a valid video, you are entitled to a full refund for that analysis. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. To request a revision or refund, email vitor@racquetuni.com.

7. Not medical advice

The analysis reflects a coach's opinion about technique, tactics and training. It is not medical, physical therapy or injury advice. Consult a qualified professional before changing your training if you have pain, an injury or a health condition. Practice drills at your own risk.

8. No guaranteed results

We cannot guarantee specific results, rankings, ratings, scholarships or college admissions.

9. Your video and your report

You keep all rights to your video. You grant us a limited license to view, store and analyze it only to provide the service. The report is for your personal use, and you may share it with your own coach. We never publish your video, images or name without your separate written permission, and never those of a minor without specific written consent from a parent or legal guardian.

10. Equipment recommendations

Racquet University may also publish equipment content with affiliate links. A report may suggest equipment when it is relevant to your game. If you buy through those links, we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. No purchase is ever needed to benefit from the analysis.

11. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid for the analysis or plan period in question.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms. Changes apply to purchases made after the date of the update.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Brazil, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights you have in your country of residence.
